We’re big believers that quality and value can go hand in hand. Our backing in distribution means we have a faster turnover of products, so you can be confident that what you’re buying is fresh. We also benefit from smaller margins, and ensure those savings are passed on to you.
Can I have same day delivery?
We deliver on Fridays only (between 3-6pm). Same day delivery can occur on Fridays if your order is placed before 9am Friday morning.
How much is the delivery charge?
All other orders are delivered to the metro area (Perth) at a flat rate of $12.00.
What areas can you deliver to and what are the delivery times?
We currently deliver to post codes within 20km of Perth CBD, between 3pm-6pm Friday. Please enter your postcode under Shipping in the cart, to show what options are available in your area.
Is there a minimum amount for an order?
Yes. Minimum amount is $40.
What is the latest time I can place an order?
For Friday delivery, the order must be placed before 9am Friday morning
Do you have a click and collect service?
Yes. Our store is open Monday – Saturday 9am-5.30pm. Same day click and collect orders can be picked up after 2pm. Our store is located at 2/328 Orrong Rd, Welshpool, WA.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once you have placed an order, the order confirmation will be sent to your email.
Is it possible to make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Yes. Please send a text message to 08 9335 7944 if you require any changes to be made prior to 9am on Friday. Please note that once your order leaves our store and is on its way to you, we can no longer modify it.
Will I get notified when my order is on its way?
Yes, you will be notified by an SMS message when your delivery is on the way if you supplied a mobile phone number.
What if there's an issue with my order?
If there is any issue or concern with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right. Remember our goal is to see you completely satisfied and ordering from us again.
Can I return my order after I receive it?
We allow inspection of goods before accepting delivery so you can check the quality. However, once the delivery is accepted we do not allow returns. We are not required to provide a refund or return if the consumer changes their mind.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are packaged by our specially trained staff and delivered in chilled temperature controlled insulated packaging. Ice packs are included in the package for added protection against warm weather during transport.
Where will you leave my order when there's no one to receive it?
With your permission, we will leave your order in a safe location at your premises. If no permission is given, your order will be sent back to our store in Welshpool and will need to be collected.
Can I place an order in advance for special occasions?
Yes, you can nominate a date to have your order delivered on any Friday in the Shopping Cart section. Due to the nature of live or fresh seafood, and also the seasonality of certain seafood, we can only provide the stock subject to availability.
I’ve placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Give us a call on 08 9335 7944 and we can track the delivery vehicle to ensure it is on the way.
What if a product I want isn’t available on the website?
Please contact our store on 08 9335 7944 and we will do our best to source the product you are looking for.
Do you re-collect the packaging my order arrived in?
Yes. We can collect and recycle your previously used foam eskies if you leave them at your door.
