Can I order over the Phone or via email?

Is there a minimum amount for an order?

No. There is no minimum amount for an order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once you have placed an order, the order confirmation will be sent to your email.

Is it possible to make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Yes. Please call 08 9335 7944 or email orders@aristosgroup.com.au prior to your collection date or by 10am on your collection date.

Can I place an order in advance for special occasions?

Yes, you can nominate a date to have your order ready. Due to the nature of live or fresh seafood, and the seasonality of certain seafood, we can only provide the stock subject to availability.

I’ve placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

What if a product I want isn’t available on the website?
